Peri is also a NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. She specializes in women’s fitness and strength (ACE certified).

Peri has worked with both national and local gyms in the Metro area.

Peri’s passion for women to lead strong independent lives led her to start her own fitness studio customized for women.

Her approach to training and exercise is balance! Strength and consistency are KEY. However, mobility, and flexibility are also required to achieve our goals. She believes in bio-individuality and that each person requires an approach to their training that is unique to them to ensure their one body and mind are as robust and healthy as they can be. Peri’s job is to give clients the tools and that it is their job to do the work. Helping others achieve the best version of themselves and get stronger is the passion that drives her.

Peri resides in Silver Spring, Maryland with her husband, two children, and their dog. When she is not spending time with her family, training her clients, or cooking, she can be found training, spending time with friends and doing word puzzles.

Coach Danielle

My name is Danielle, and I’ve been in the fitness industry for 10 years,

with over 8 years of experience as a fitness coach. I’ve always

prioritized movement and admired what our strong bodies are capable

of doing and overcoming.

Growing up, I played multiple different sports, which taught me the

importance of being part of a team and the value of staying disciplined,

active, and healthy. In high school, I was the hockey manager for the

boys’ JV and varsity teams and played lacrosse as my main sport. At the

end of my junior year, I tore my ACL and meniscus, which ended my

lacrosse career — but it also sparked my passion for exercise as

medicine. Going from not being able to run or do much for 6 months to

fully recovering with the help of my physical therapist really opened

my eyes to how incredible movement is and how resilient our minds

and bodies can be.

Eager to continue pursuing this passion, during my sophomore year of

college I completed my American Council on Exercise (ACE) training. I

also interned at our college recreational gym, where I taught a

women’s barbell program, while simultaneously interning at a

powerlifting gym and pursuing my degree. I graduated from Ohio

University with a Bachelor of Specialized Studies (B.S.S.) in Exercise

Physiology, Nutrition, Business, and Communication.

Since then, I’m proud to say I’ve coached amazing clients from 7 to 97

years young. I’ve worked throughout the fitness industry as a personal

trainer, group fitness coach, Wellness Director, Pilates reformer

instructor, and in front desk and management roles — truly passionate

about every part of it. I can’t emphasize enough the lifelong benefits

and importance of staying active: functional training, injury

prevention, mind-muscle connection, proper form, and simply

prioritizing movement to stay healthy in every aspect of life.

Cheers to living a strong, healthy, and balanced lifestyle!
